		<description>I totally agree with you on the cream cheese frosting!  I&#039;ve had maybe one or two decent ones that balance the flavors nicely, but generally speaking it&#039;s always too, well, cream cheesy for my liking.</description>

		<description>Thanks a bunch for the explanation on the different types of macarons! I have heard of the French and the Italian but rarely the Swiss, so I was quite curious of what exactly set the Swiss apart from the rest. This was very useful, especially for me. I spent the last 3 days baking batch after batch of French macarons, trying to get them just right. xD
